Course Overview
Effective Call Management
This course has been designed to ensure any member of staff dealing with inbound and outbound calls can do so effectively. After completing this course staff will be able to confidently deliver a strong message, understand the importance of customer selection and tailoring the message to suit the customer. This face to face course is delivered using a mix of role play, break out and live calling scenarios on a group basis In addition, our trainers will make calls with candidates on a one -to -one basis to demonstrate the art of how to effectively manage a call.
