This 3-day course is for new and existing licensees or those who have been promoted into management. It will provide the core skills and knowledge needed to manage a successful licensed premise.
It has been designed to cover practical topics such as finance & planning, stock control, employment law and cellar management. So that after completion the delegate can put into practice what they have learnt.
